In compliance with the requirements of Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament (the Solvency II Directive), transposed into the Italian Private Insurance Code (“CAP”) and in accordance with the requirements of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 (Delegated Acts), which supplements the Directive, and the provisions of IVASS (Institute for the Supervision of Insurance) Regulation no. 33, the insurance company must meet specific disclosure obligations in order to ensure transparency with the public.

To this end, HDI Assicurazioni has prepared an annual Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) in which it provides detailed information on the salient aspects of its operations, such as a description of the business and results, the governance system, risk profile, the valuation - for solvency purposes - of assets and liabilities and capital management.
