Being, thinking and working smart: HDI Assicurazioni inaugurates its smart workspaces
Years ago HDI Assicurazioni began a process to transform the insurance company, making it increasingly “smarter”, i.e., increasingly focused on people and innovation and on the interactions between them. With the conviction that the workplace strongly affects the company culture, HDI is also transforming the spaces at its General Management offices in central Rome to make them smarter. The new offices will be seamless, open, comfortable places where people can easily interact, where it feels natural to share ideas, discuss projects and create value together.
