Facts before words, committments more than promises. “To do” is the core of HDI sustainability vision, in addition to other projects pursued by our Company aimed to give value back to the world.

Focusing on that, HDI has joined the WAMI community and contributes to a project for those places affected by water shortage.

“To do”, therefore, is something real: by one side, the compensation of the water footprint of the different company’s sites; by the other side, the water, used by HDI, yearly is being balanced by the same quantity provided for a community of Sri Lanka. This project, named Water Equal Office, has been realized with Oxfam and focuses on supplying almost 8 mio liters of waters to the residents of Rockwood village in Sri Lanka.

Some time ago, HDI Assicurazioni made the decision to undertake its own path of sustainability, committing itself in actions that have impact on the water’s cycle. In addition to this, the headquarter site in Rome, created in compliance with the most virtuous energy parameters, is totally plastic-free, all plastics replaced by water dispensers and thermal bottles. To be always “Al tuo fianco, ogni giorno” (By Your Side, Every Day) more than a claim, specially when the topic is the water and its correct use.
